Metaphysics

People discuss the state and nature of the world around them through sciences.  "Hard" sciences are those capable of being quantified, and proven through repetitive experimentation.  "Soft" sciences are those that are harder to quantify, because they address more qualitative issues.  At the far end of the soft sciences stands the realm of metaphysics--that which is as of yet unrecognized by science, but appears to exist nonetheless.  This is the convenient catch-all category for anything science can't get a controlling grip on, and encompasses everything from theoretical sciences paranormal activity to religion and magic.  I have a long-standing interest in metaphysics, shaped by a worldview that incorporates all such things into the same functional system as the harder sciences, even in places where, to a casual observer, they may seem to conflict.

My concentration of focus is on spiritual beliefs, and the abilities made available to us through the disciplines and principles taught in various belief systems.

Below, you will find an ever-expanding and evolving list of links to various websites I've found of interest relating to various metaphysical topics.  You will probably find it a bit skewed in perspective because of my own path, which is probably most easily described as eclectic pagan.
