The dumbest reason for the dumbest move:
I was driving to work this morning when a guy passed me while crossing the train tracks, which are on a rise about five feet high. If another car had been coming, it would have creamed us both. I followed him towards campus, intending to be rude, when he suddenly turned towards Head Start. As I sat in my car next to his, I watched, stupefied, as he brushed out his little daughter's hair. I hadn't seen her, but it was now clear that she hadn't been in a child seat. When they were heading into the building, I said:Excuse me, but you risked all our lives passing me on the hill, and as you can see, we got here at the same time, so it was for nothing. Please be more careful next time.He said "sorry", and I think he may actually have been sorry. I just hope he'll drive like it. How tragic is that? We had to burn the village to save it. We had to kill our daughter to get her to day care on time. Thank God it didn't happen. I've never been more ashamed to see a car with a USF license plate before.
