I just heard via The Schnitt Show that Fox News is reporting that there are rumors that Iraq could use unmanned planes with GPS to spray nasties on us. I don't buy it. First, it's almost impossible to make good use of aerosol weapons by spraying them from a plane. Updrafts keep them from reaching the ground before they're dispersed too widely to do anything. Second, civilian GPS isn't accurate enough. You try to fly a plane through the concrete canyons of a city, using GPS signals, and you'll just crash. Now, you certainly could drop a bomb of some sort, but that makes it even more complicated...
